Due to the digital nature of our products (e.g. workbooks, audio meditations, online content), all sales are final and non-refundable.

For coaching programmes, refund terms will be outlined in your coaching agreement.

In general, coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered. If exceptional circumstances arise, we encourage open communication to find a fair resolution.
